a little over 100 pages left
i tried to read last night, but ended up falling asleep at 1130 with all my lights on and the book open
so when maddie called me at 5 am, i was none the wiser to the morning

in conclusion, i ended up reading from 5-730. im close to the end, but i want to be in the right setting to finish the book
tonight is the night, i think

i havnt been able to read anyone elses lj's for fear of finding something out
this is the first time i havnt read spoilers or flipped ahead

but right now im babysitting, so i have to be patient :(

i read and read and read until i actually passed out
taking only two breaks
one, to get olives around 515
and two, to call maddie around 630

falling asleep i believe occured around 745
but i cant be sure

last night was magical.
quite like the harry potter book i have been clutching in my hands for hours.

my first day at borders;

it was interesting.
it was 9 hours long.
it included all standing and no sitting, which therefore included legs that ache. (then i had to bike home and that took 40 minutes and i havnt tried to stand since i got home but i bet it wouldnt go well)
it included meeting new people.
it included doing dishes.
it included making coffee.
there is only one other person in cafe besides my supervisor (who told me hes usually not as tired as he was and then kicked his leg in the air? he also has no chin.)
and shes a moron
she knows gleb though
they went to school together, shes my age.
and she doesnt read books. but she likes jessica simpson? ok jane, i guess you have that going for you. ? lame.

but i read books. and i found out i get a sweet deal on books . and even i can borrow books, read them, and give them back cuz i work there.

you can wear almost whatever you want.
thats awesome.

i have a feeling everyone thinks im a square
because i had on a weird outfit and was acting weird

i got an hour lunch break , unpaid. :(
thats too long. i could like, knit house elf hats in that time.
i got my schedule.
i work 9 hour shifts with an hour break 3 times a week, usually weekdays.
